AHA and BHA work together overnight to help renew the skin's surface.

WHY IT WORKS
Acids work best when they are not competing with sun exposure or
make-up, which is why this is an evening step. The AHA addresses surface
texture and dullness while the BHA works into the pore lining.

HOW TO USE
Cleanse and let the skin dry completely. Apply to a cotton pad or your
palm and sweep over the face, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse.
Follow with a moisturiser.

Evening: Cleanser → AHA BHA Tonic → Moisturiser
Morning: Cleanser → Moisturiser → SPF 50

Start with two or three evenings a week and build up as your skin
adjusts.

DO NOT COMBINE ON THE SAME NIGHT
Retinol or retinoids · strong exfoliating serums · other high-strength
acids

Pairs well with hyaluronic acid, panthenol, ceramide creams and simple
niacinamide products.

BEYOND THE FACE
Where skin tolerates it well, it can be used carefully on elbows, knees,
rough body areas and skin prone to ingrown hairs. Patch test first.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is an evening product. Daytime sunscreen is not optional when using
acids — SPF 50 the following morning is part of the routine.
