Shipping Policy

Shipping Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries within Austria generally take 2-4 business days, and deliveries to EU countries take 3-7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping for orders over €50 within Austria. €7.90 shipping fee for orders under €50 within Austria. Shipping to EU countries starts from €9.90. Shipping costs for specific countries will be shown before the order is completed.

Taxes and Customs All prices include Austrian VAT (20%). No additional customs duties apply to orders within the EU. Local taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer for orders outside the EU.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Damage or Loss In case of damage or loss during shipping, please notify info@drbrows.eu with photos within 14 days.
